Approach

See how Overmind works — from discovering blast radius to pinpointing risks. Give every team complete confidence in deployments.

Four black square tiles arranged in a diamond shape, each displaying a logo: Amazon, Google, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure.

Connect a source

Connect a source and Overmind maps your cloud resources and their connections with secure, read-only access.

Supports AWS, GCP, Azure, and Kubernetes.

Push a change

Integrate with your CI/CD - Plug into your existing workflows without disruption. Overmind analyses your Terraform plan and returns blast radius, risk analysis, and signals — all inside your CI system.

Supports GitHub, CLI Tool, Atlantis, Env0, Spacelift and more.

Simulate Blast Radius

Overmind simulates your change against a live representation of production that contains all of your dependencies, whether they were created in Terraform or manually.

It shows you which resources will be affected by your changes, including cross-account dependencies and relationships that span multiple cloud providers and services.

Collect observations

Observations appear within the first few minutes, giving early visibility into what is being explored and simulated—well before final results are available.

Form hypotheses

Overmind's AI combines the observed patterns into educated hypotheses about how the proposed change could affect the rest of your system and what, if anything, could go wrong.

Four dark square layered blocks arranged in a diamond shape, each with a small colorful intertwined loop symbol in the center.

Investigate hypotheses

Each hypothesis is systematically evaluated.

Overmind's AI consults documentation, runs detailed simulations of how the resources will interact, and looks for evidence of risk mitigations to determine if the hypotheses is supported by the evidence or should be ruled out, clearly showing the reasoning behind both outcomes.

Conclude potential risks

If the proposed change will cause problems, Overmind returns a risk explaining how and why that problem will manifest if the change is merged as-is

High - Will cause significant downtime, security exposure, or data loss.

Medium - Impacts performance, reduces availability, or weakens resiliency in ways that could cause future outages.

Low - Unexpected effects unlikely to cause meaningful impact, such as a failed Terraform apply or a config change that won't break anything but also won't have the desired effect.

Real impact analysis that fits any workflow

Signals

Positive signals accelerate PR approvals with confidence, while negative signals trigger deeper analysis to help identify and mitigate potential risks.

Auto Labels

Define labeling rules in plain language, and Overmind intelligently applies labels to matching changes—making it easier to organize, filter, and prioritize work.

Post-deployment Health Checks

Continuous monitoring of resource health to track the real-world impact of each change and detect unexpected downstream effects early.
